With your goals and our experience, we can work together to put a retirement plan into action. We offer Traditional and Roth IRAs along with the Coverdell Education Savings Account. Consult your tax advisor concerning your tax status.

| Traditional IRA |
This IRA features tax-deductible annual contributions of up to $4,000.00 for 2005-2007 per wage-earner and his/her spouse. In addition, individuals over age 50 can also make catch-up contributions. Penalty-free withdrawals occur after reaching 59 1/2 years of age or may be available for several other reasons including college expenses and the purchase of a first home. See Rates

| Roth IRA |
Contributions to a Roth IRA are not tax-deductible, but withdrawal of funds, including earnings past age 59 1/2, is tax free (assuming the account has been held for at least 5 years.) See Rates
